Social storytelling helps engage audiences at Vitafoods Europe

Telling ultra short stories and conveying a mood are just a few ways that short form video content can be used to to engage event audiences.

We were delighted to work with the Vitafoods Europe team last week, producing, filming and editing a wide range of videos to maximise the exhibition and conference content available at the show. Among the highlights of the event for our team was filming and editing reels which gave viewers a snapshot of what the global neutriceutical event had to offer – in just 30 seconds.

The Vitafoods’ Welcome Reel created a sense of anticipation, using a countdown to mark the time from the exhibition build stage to the event opening and visitors arriving on site.

And this year was the end of an era as Vitafoods gets ready to move from Geneva, its host city for the past 26 years, to its new home in Barcelona for 2025. The team used a short clip, walking through all of the opportunities on the show floor in Geneva, then to the event’s dedicated Barcelona information zone. The clip closed by waving goodbye to the city’s long term host.
