www.wearefinn.com is an industry-leading multimedia news channel created by Farnborough International Ltd and the official event TV and live blog channel for Farnborough International Airshow.
Created as an essential resource for trade, industry leaders and government bodies, FINN (Farnborough International News Network) features the latest stories, insights and analysis from across the sector.
Smart Digital worked with FIA on the initial strategy and development of FINN and has been the official content partner for the channel since its 2017 launch. The Smart Digital team produces a schedule of both video and editorial content, filming at a minimum of six global aerospace events each year.

Each week, FINN highlights are sent to an exclusive database of more than 55,000 people across the global aerospace and defence industry. wearefinn.com received 300,000 page views with 220,000 video views in its first year and has over 91,000 active users per year.
Extending the brand to event tv at Farnborough International Airshow
wearefinn.com is the official content channel for Farnborough International Airshow, broadcasting throughout the show at an extensive network of screens throughout the venue, and online, from a dedicated onsite studio.
To facilitate this at FIA 2018 Smart Digital deployed four film crews to cover studio interviews, conference session filming, roving interviews and daily highlights.
Smart Digital’s editorial team managed the live blog and posted throughout each day to wearefinn.com and social channels.
The screen network was also sourced, deployed and managed by Smart Digital, ensuring that the latest news reached all corners of the show, including livestreaming the inaugural landing of the Airbus Beluga XL.
