Eurosatory is the largest international land and air land defence and security exhibition in the world, held every two years in Paris and organised by COGES in partnership with the French Ministry of Defence. In 2014, the show saw 1,507 exhibitions from 59 countries, with over 36 national pavilions.


Smart Digital were appointed as the new digital screen partner at the last 2014 show, together with AERO3A, the Eurosatory TV partner for Eurosatory 2014. The 2014 concept was to introduce Eurosatory TV, a broadcast network comprised of 21 digital indoor screens, to provide a dynamic and flexible means of broadcasting information through what is regarded as the most strategic land and air-land defence and security exhibition in the world.

Project Details

The network was anchored by 4 giant state-of-the-art indoor LED screens, 2 of which exceeded 20sqm in size. In addition, a further 17 branded LCD POD screens were strategically placed in all of the key restaurant, cafe and dwell points throughout the exhibition halls. Serving the show as the core medium for the broadcast of up-to-the-minute information, Eurosatory TV displayed a select and focused mixture of breaking show news, results from the conference and seminar timetable, interviews with industry leaders, live demonstration teasers and all other key events taking place during Eurosatory 2014.
In addition to the organiser and generic show content, 25 exhibitors were able to enhance their presence at the show by utilising the bespoke airtime packages. This provided them with a dynamic opportunity for unrivalled messaging and branding whilst guaranteeing more traffic to their booth throughout the exhibition.
